This is a dark English style Porter with sweet caramel flavor. The nice roasted flavor and rich color comes from the roasted barley, caramel, and chocolate malts.

- 200 g. Black Malt
- 400 g. CaraVienna Malt
- 800 g. Caramel Malt
- 500 g. Chocolate Malt
- 300 g. Wheat Malt
- 500 g. Victory Malt
Hops:
- 120 g. Willamette hops in Boil
- 35 g. Goldings hops ni mid
- 35 g. Willamette hops in mid
- 35 g. Willamette hops in finish

- Wyeast 1028 London Ale Yeast
