I was born in the Dominican Republic and came to the United States at age six. I am the first in my family to pursue a college education. I grew up in Chelsea, MA, where I excelled in school and sports despite difficult circumstances and surroundings. I have recently graduated from Northeastern University and am pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Leadership at Northeastern as a Gordon Fellow. Aside from schoolwork, I am involved in the community and involved in various professional organizations. Aside from the aforementioned activities, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, learning about personal finance and investments, and playing baseball (Red Sox fan!), amongst other activities.
