Dr. Kal Bugrara specializes in the development of advanced business process design practices, which are aimed at helping services companies extend their value-added services to the Internet. His extensive work in operations research and management consulting in the alignment of core business operations and underlying enterprise software architectures has resulted in breakthrough solutions for key e-business challenges. Dr. Kal Bugrara has years of experience in management and technology consulting for Fortune 100 companies. On one of his most recent projects, he served as the strategist for transforming the Canadian Imperial Bank's Management Consulting Services into a world-class leadership university_the first of its kind.
